Accepted Referral question response timeline

I have 3 accepted referrals, but I have sent questions to the referrers. Is there a standard time to hear back from them? It’s been two days since my initial messages. I don’t know if 2 of my referrals were received.

EDIT: Any moderators able to check up on this? I’m still not getting a response on completed referrals.
