Once the “Matching” status appears, about how long on average does it take to find a match? I have one that’s still “Matching” after 4 days and want to make sure I’m not holding out hope.

I’d give it a week max. Your request automatically goes to “expired” if there’s no match within 10 days.
Just looked at the companies you requested referrals to, there are active referrers for it - so that’s a good sign. I’d wait a few more days before coming to a conclusion on anything.
