Can rewards be credited per completed referral instead of weekly target

Reasons:

  1. Sometimes total request in a week are not 5. So, even if I achieve 100%(4/4), I do not get rewards.

  2. Most of the requests are received during my late night/early mornings, so, even if I have completed 5 referrals, I can miss the rewards if someone else refers before me and I may not complete 80%.

  3. On/off switch: So that requests received while I’m available are counted.

I recently did 5/5, told that I was eligible for a reward but didn’t get any. It is weird because months ago it worked fine.

same it says I have a reward but haven’t gotten anything

You have to claim them under a section in your profile.
