There are many hiring freezes in tech right now and I’m curious if Uber is in one as well. For those there right now, I’m curious what the culture is like? I’m graduating in December and have always admired the company, but not sure if they are a stable place to work as a software engineer.

yes they and a lot of similar companies (lyft, doordash, etc) are still hiring
Intel is also still hiring 
Google just lifted the freeze too.
