I am a highly motivated individual with over 14 years of customer service experience in different industries, 6 years as a youth athletics coach, and 4 years of Operational Support experience in insurance. In my most recent role, I managed and supported service requests via Salesforce and Sharepoint, I onboarded new analysts, created our Resource and Onboarding Guide on SharePoint, and acted as a SME on multiple fronts.
