Mention that the candidate should not apply before requesting referral in the New Referral Request form

I recently referred someone who had already applied, I believe it would be good to add some notice in the New Referral Request form that the person should not apply by themselves before requesting the referral.

I know it’s already in the candidate FAQ, but that is a bit hidden away.

Thank you for this feedback. We thought it might vary by company but it sounds like across the board referrals need to be placed before candidates apply.

We’ll look to implement this in the app.
