Referral Completed but not received


I recently requested a referral to Salesforce and the status shows as completed. However, I never received any email confirmation. I tried contacting the person who I was matched with but received no response. Please assist.



It might be the requirement doesn’t meet. If does, the company itself will contact you after getting refferal. So keep trying!

May I know, did you use basic plan or more?

I used the basic plan. If I did not meet the requirement then the referral should have been marked as ‘rejected’?
