I am brand new here and was matched with a referral and then it just disappeared. Cannot find the person now at all. It is not in completed or active. Anyone have this happen?
This is because another JP Morgan referrer claimed that referral before you were able to get to it.
We also randomly stagger notifications so that it’s fair for all referrers. This way 1 referrer isn’t always going to get to the referral first.
